Activated carbon utilises a vast surface area to capture over 80 different contaminants found in tap water from heavy metals to PFAS. This filter contains a large 20cm block of premium grade carbon to effectively filter your water.
Unscrew the silver casing and then the filter cartridge (counterclockwise). Clean the inside of the filter house at this time. Screw the new cartridge in making sure to press firmly down as you screw the filter to connect the thread correctly. Do not over-tighten as the gasket seals effectively.
