We attempt to ship out all orders received by 11am BST – the same day (depending on stock). Once processed, your order will be confirmed and we will inform you of the shipping and tracking number (international). Please note, international mail orders can experience significant delays due to customs and delivery regulations in the country of delivery. Please make sure to check the tracking number provided and/or the customs agency in your country for more information.
All UK domestic residential and commercial orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class with a delivery time of 3 - 7 working days typically.
Note: Due to fuel price increases, Royal Mail fuel surcharge is currently operating at 8%.
For International orders under 2kg (including packaging) we utilise Royal Mail Tracked or DHL express with a delivery time of 14 - 28 working days or 3 - 5 working days for express however, delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
For international orders over 2kg (including packaging) we utilise Parcel Force Tracked with a delivery time 7 - 12 working days typically depending on the destination.
Since the 1st January 2021, the UK has no longer been a part of the European Union. As a result, there has been significant delays to EU countries, especially in relation to food products such as supplements. This process has not been without challenges, often requiring additional information from customs, delays on entry and changes to the shipping documents supplied with each order.
From 1st July 2021, all commercial goods imported into the EU from a third country or third territory is subject to VAT irrespective of their value.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. The estimated duties of product may fluctuate due to changes in currencies, shipping costs, clearance fees or how the items are classified by customs at the given country.
