Why I Started ELIVIDE – Redefining Purity in Supplements

When I first set out to create ELIVIDE, my goal was simple: to design supplements that truly respect human biology and the environment. After years of studying nutrition and working with clients, I became increasingly frustrated by how disconnected the supplement industry had become from nature. What was being sold as “health” often contained the very things that disrupt it.

The Problem I Saw

After looking closely at what was available on the market, I noticed that most supplements were filled with synthetic additives and manufacturing agents that served production efficiency, not the person taking them. You’ll often see ingredients like magnesium stearate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide or palmitate — substances used to keep machines running smoothly, not to nourish your body. In some cases, these compounds can make up more of a capsule than the active nutrient itself.

For me, that made no sense. If we’re taking supplements to support wellbeing, they should be as pure and biologically compatible as possible — not diluted by fillers and chemical agents. I wanted to prove it was possible to make supplements without compromise.

The Vision Behind ELIVIDE

ELIVIDE was born from the belief that supplements should reflect the way nutrients exist in nature — whole, balanced and synergistic. I wanted every formulation to feel clean, both in function and philosophy. That’s why every capsule I create is 100% additive free, with nothing artificial to block absorption or irritate the gut.

Instead of using bulking agents or flow compounds, I focus on wholefood nutrients and beneficial natural carriers that complement absorption. Every ingredient is carefully selected, and every quantity is transparently listed on the label — no blends, no marketing fluff, just clarity.

Purity, Sustainability and Transparency

From the beginning, I wanted ELIVIDE to do better not just for people, but for the planet too. Every product is made here in the UK using renewable energy. I refuse to use plastic packaging — all jars are made from recyclable brown glass, and refills come in biodegradable pouches. Even our labels are printed on recycled paper using low-impact inks.

I also partner with environmental initiatives that plant a tree for every order placed. Sustainability isn’t an afterthought — it’s built into the DNA of the brand. Because how we care for the planet reflects how we care for ourselves.

My Approach to Formulation

Each formulation begins with a single question: how can I create something that works with biology, not against it? That means respecting the natural synergy between vitamins, minerals and co-factors, rather than isolating them into synthetic fragments.

Whether it’s the Eclipse Wholefood Vitamin C — made from organic acerola, camu camu and rosemary — or our Magnesium Bisglycinate Food and Magnesium Malate Food — each one is designed for bioavailability, balance and digestive comfort. And with Metabolic Flow, I wanted to push the boundary of natural mitochondrial support — combining nutrients like CoQ10, PQQ and magnesium malate for real cellular energy, not stimulation.

What ELIVIDE Stands For

At its heart, ELIVIDE stands for integrity — purity of formulation, honesty of purpose and respect for nature. It’s not just a brand; it’s a statement that health products should be designed consciously, not commercially.

My aim is to help people feel balanced, clear and connected to what they put into their body. Supplements should complement life, not complicate it. Every decision — from the ingredient sourcing to the packaging — comes back to that belief.

The Future

This is just the beginning. I’m continuing to develop new formulations that address modern health challenges using nature’s original chemistry — bioavailable, additive-free and sustainable. My hope is that ELIVIDE will help redefine what people expect from a supplement: transparency, effectiveness and integrity in every capsule.
